The SLIM’S QUALITY BURGER website located at http://www.slimsqualityburger.com (the “Website”) is owned, controlled and operated by MBSN Pty Ltd (ABN 18 638 843 277) of Level 5, 85 Macquarie Street, Hobart TAS 7000 as defined in section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“we”, “our”, “us” or “Slim’s Quality Burger”).

By using this Website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below (“Terms of Use”). We may change these Terms of Use at our discretion and without notice. By continuing to use this Website you accept, and agree to abide by, those amended Terms of Use.

The Purpose of Our Website

The purpose of this Website is to provide information to you about Slim’s Quality Burger including its goods, services, store locations, menu, promotions and other information.

The Website has been created to provide general information to users. Whilst we will make every effort to provide you with up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of the Website. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Website is on an “AS-IS” basis. Slim’s Quality Burger reserves the right to perform maintenance of the Website without notice to you.

These Terms of Use are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia without giving effect to any conflict of laws principle applicable in other jurisdictions.

Section 2 — Members App Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Slim's Quality Burger Members App (the "App") and participation in the Slim's Quality Burger Members / Loyalty Program (the "Program"). By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

The App and Program are operated by MBSN Pty Ltd (ABN 18 638 843 277) trading as Slim's Quality Burger.

2. Eligibility and Membership

Membership is free and available to individuals 18 years or older (or with parental/guardian consent where permitted) who are Australian residents with a valid email address and/or mobile number.
You must register via the App and provide accurate information.
Membership is personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or inactivity.

3. The Program and Rewards

The Program allows you to earn points/rewards, access offers, and other benefits for qualifying purchases at participating Slim's Quality Burger restaurants ("Participating Locations").
Not all Slim's locations participate in the App or Program. Availability of the Program, points earning, rewards, and features may vary by location and can change at any time.
Current Participating Locations may be updated without notice.
Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire. We may modify, suspend, or end the Program or any offers at any time.

4. Use of the App

The App provides account management, loyalty tracking, offers, and other features.
You are granted a limited, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Prohibited: reverse engineering, scraping, unlawful use, or interfering with the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks in the App belong to Slim's or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App involves the collection of personal information. This is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see above on this page) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described. Members should direct complaints in regards to any breach of privacy laws and requests to access, update or correct personal information to info@slimsqualityburger.com.

7. Orders and Payments

Any ordering or payment features are subject to additional terms at the time of transaction. Fulfilment is handled by us or our franchisees/partners.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and Program are provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous access or specific rewards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we exclude indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Rewards may be forfeited on termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes. Significant updates will be notified via the App or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. General

These Terms, together with our Website Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid. By using the Slim's Quality Burger Members App, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
